Refund policy

At Himayat store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, please read this policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened personal care products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Change of mind after delivery

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed as:

    • Replacement product OR

    • Store credit OR

    • Refund (method depends on order type)

4. Cash on Delivery Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if approved) may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
